About Brock Hotel Group

Brock Hotel Group was founded by Alan Brock in 1987, as Alan Brock and Associates, Inc.

Alan was a founder and President of Residence Inns. He was also Director of Development and a board member of a NYSE traded hotel company. His past clients include numerous REITs, financial institutions, national hotel companies, and individual owners. A graduate of the University of Colorado School of Business, Alan has also attained the Certified Hotel Broker designation. Alan holds real estate brokerage licenses in several states.

Alan’s brother Darin Brock joined Brock Hotel Group in 1998. A graduate of the University of Denver, Darin was formerly with Trimark Construction Group and Preferred Business Services. Darin was the Hotel Brokers International Top Salesperson for the South Central Region in 2003, 2004, and 2005. Darin has attained the Certified Hotel Broker designation.

Both Alan & Darin have served on the Hotel Brokers International board of directors.

Located in Grapevine, Texas, the headquarters of Brock Hotel Group is located 5 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Brock Hotel Group represents hotel sellers throughout the South Central United States. So far in 2006, Brock Hotel Group has successfully completed ten hotel sales.
